  Cracking local pub always busy but don't let that put you off. Food is great and beer is well looked after. Family and dog friendly as well

  Fabulous meal,as always.I had lamb shanks,the folks had ham egg and chips. The shank was melt in the mouth, and the veg, mash,broccoli,carrots and red cabbage was scrumptious. The ham,thick and tasty with 2 perfectly cooked eggs. As always a true pleasure.

  One of the best pubs in the area. Good value food and always a nice selection of beers. Dog friendly too in the bar.
